  • Maintenance Plans

    Provides businesses with all the support required to keep your systems running efficiently. Allows easy budgeting via a fixed monthly fee and guaranteed response times. All support requests are logged into our cloud-based help desk system allowing clients to see all their support jobs.

    A MySupport maintenance plan provides you with a proactive approach to keeping all your technology running smoothly.  Interruptions caused by outages can lead to expensive repairs, data loss and in some cases serious down time. We have plans to cover very small networks  of 2-5 computers or larger networks of up to 500 systems.  We can adjust your plan as your company grows.  We offer 4 hour guaranteed emergency response times for servers with our maintenance plans and can include 24/7 remote monitoring of your servers if requested.

  • Backup & Disaster Recovery

    We’d like to think this will never happen to anyone but if it does you’ll want your backups and disaster recovery plans tested and functioning. We provide comprehensive design and implementation to cover your business from multiple failures.  We utilise both online or cloud based backup systems with traditional tape/disk based systems.

  • Virtualisation & Server consultation

    Providing better redundancy, total cost of ownership, we can design and deploy VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V based hypervisors.
